"This is my second at this property.The room and facilities are modern and relatively new and well kept. However, the staff needs to be better trained.
On the last day of our stay (our rooms had late checkout), we went back to the rooms to prepare for checkout, but we were locked out of the room. We went down to reception and the staff said she fixed the issue, so we went back up again only to find the keys still didn't work. So we went to reception again and was told it was fixed for the 2nd...
