"The room waa clean and staff was helpful. The location is convenient and a short drive to every Glenwood attraction. The beds were not the worst but I found them to be far too firm. I had to go to Walmart and buy a mattress topper. The outdoor pool was not open despite being advertised as such on Expedia. The hotel breakfast leaves much to be desired and I'd say is a few steps below what you'd typically expect at an average hotel, but its walking distance from a great local breakfast diner."

"I was very impressed by the updates to the property. The room was very clean and up to date. However I was disappointed that there was only 1 tv in the unit which did not allow to watch television while in bed. And the a/c unit was a window unit located in the bedroom which you had to make sure the adjoining doors were open to allow cool air to flow into the main living room."

"Would definitely stay here again, clean hotel, hotel was beautiful and area was super nice,
Downfall. We called prior to booking to ask for tractor trailer parking and I clarified 2x while on the phone for a BIG RIG they confirmed. When we got there, there was no parking for it. We had to park in the road which wasn’t ideal at all. Other than that hotel was great."

"I stayed 1 week. Was gone for day 3&4 and no housekeeping services were attempted while I was gone. The hotel kept charging my cc 0.1 cent repeatedly and my employer pays for my lodging so ended up locking my cc because of these charges as they looked suspicious. Front desk was barely any help. Then checked out and got charged again 0.1 cent a whole day after check out."
