"Room itself fine but newly fitted shower tray flooded bathroom - Room service poor as 3 different menus give 3 different times this is available and a 4 Star hotel stopping room service at 8.00pm???? Wnen cold sandwiches came with chips quality was v poor - drie out bread a scraping of butter and over-fried oily chips - definitely not a 4 Star hotel - younger bar tender needs training on customer service and attitude. Housekeeping staff and receptionist great."

"Check in was very efficient and she answered our questions quickly. Her dining recommendation was very solid. Delightful room with essentially a glass wall, lots of light. Nice bedding, lighting, kettle coffee/tea, furnishings. Quite a bit of people noise and room door lock beeping in the hallway. "Well from the welcome to the last minute we could not fault this place. Location fantastic with great views of the River Dee. All the staff weee super friendly even the manager/owner! We checked in slightly early at 13:30pm, had a couple of drinks in the bar to then later on having evening meal all fab. Plenty of choice on the menu and delicious..
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The shower super powerful. Sockets either side of the bed as well.
The breakfast was really good...

"Brilliant hotel and value for money. Stayed at many different hotel chains and this is one of the better ones I’ve stayed at for size of room, having seperate lounge area with sofa, huge bed, tv with Netflix etc, pool, nice bar and food, £15 in uber to city centre and also includes parking. Rather pay that price and travel than the city centre prices!! Will def be staying here in future "
