"The house was beautiful, with no surprises. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. The house is away from most everything, however the neighbors on both sides are very close. "Overall, we had an outstanding experience. The house was perfect for a large family reunion of all ages. There were only minor issues that we were able to resolve like no additional toilet paper supplied, BBQ grill had been used and not cleaned (used charcoal not removed), hot tub controls were not completely functional. It appears that the previous guests left so much trash that trash collectors didn't take it. But we had a great time and would come back again!"

"Good neighborhood, house was still being cleaned when we arrived at our arrival time, so had to drive around for an hour. House was nice and clean when they were done. One bathroom had no TP or soap and no extra stock, nor was there dishwasher soap, but we got by."

"This house has obviously gone through a recent whole-house upgrade. Everything is new or nearly new. Extremely clean, very well furnished, new appliances and excellent cooking essentials. Beds are comfortable, linens are high quality and the towels were exceptional. Nice neighborhood, close to retail and grocery stores. Manager is great to work with. Highly recommend."

It was less than a mile to the sundial park and close to downtown and restaurants.Having the garage was great- it fit our SUV and the host provided a remote so in and out was very easy. If you are in a full size pickup or something tall I'd recommend checking measurements with the host as they are single doors so an oversized vehicle may not fit. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the shaded patio overlooking a beautiful terraced garden in the evenings after busy days exploring the area. Everything was super clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The beds were cozy. We could walk to the Sacramento River Trail from the house which we enjoyed. "
