"Got charged an extra almost $300 at check in because of an accidental mismatch of the Expedia quote we head and the hotels nightly prices. When we brought this up to the staff, they were so helpful and immediately changed our package to match the Expedia one we were shown online! Can’t remember the front desk ladies name, but she was incredibly helpful! Will say that she was SLAMMED and we had to wait about 15 minutes in line to check in, so maybe they need to have more people working front...

"The staff at the hotel was simply amazing! This is the best customer service I have ever received at a hotel in the US - and I have been to many hotels. They were very helpful on the phone and by email. I am an observant Jew and needed a lot of help around Shabbat. They allowed me to light candles, unlocked the room, kept my valuables safe, and came to help me with anything I needed. It was a special experience. "Overall this was a nice hotel! The rooms are a bit small but very clean. If you're on the street side you do hear noise from traffic and the light rail, nothing some white noise or the TV can't drown out though. No coffeemaker in the room (they have coffee and hot water for tea downstairs) but there is a small mini fridge. The staff was kind and very responsive to any requests we had for extra towels, toiletries, etc. Make sure you get a physical key card, you'll need it to turn on the bathroom...

"The Crawford is a gorgeous and elegantly designed hotel. The location is perfect for visting downtown Denver, catching a Rockies game or a show at Redrocks. In addition, close walking distance to alot of great bars and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Cant go wrong with staying at the Crawford. "
