"This is a fantastic property! We really only slept here this trip, but it offered so much more. Plenty of space inside, super clean and well-kept, and comfortable beds, The back yard is great. . .so much room and fenced for privacy. We would definitely book this location again. "

"Worth it 110%. The crane viewing is phenomenal -- from the house you can see them on the river, wake up to them lifting off, watch them in the cornfields all day, watch then come back at sunset, and sleep to their sounds all night (if you want! windows are well sealed if you don't ;). we booked several sunrise/sunset tours at local places but honestly our favorite crane moments were from this house. aside from the cranes, the house itself is amazing--comfortable, clean, cozy fireplace, has...

"The property was clean and smelled so good! David replied quickly to our questions. You can tell the house is older, but has been updated and so cute. Beds were comfortable. If we come back to town, we'll definitely stay there!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this home.Our days were hot and long in Grand Island. This house was the perfect spot for our group—spacious, clean, and so peaceful. "From the pictures, the house appeared older but clean, which I was fine with. However, when I arrived, the experience was quite different. The first sign was when I used a washcloth and noticed makeup stains still on it.The final straw was when I took a shower and grabbed a towel, only to find it was dirty.
