"The check in was a nice experience, they try to help you organising yourself in Hanoi We stayed only one night but surely the Hotel is good to stay longer in Hanoi. Breakfast was tasty and good variety of food additional you can order Pho or Egg by your choice. We did leave the luggage at the hotel for some hours and that worked very well. Internet was very fast. Thank you. "

"A gem hotel inside the winding roads of old Hanoi. Located conveniently to so many attractions but still ensuring a relatively quiet stay despite us being on 2nd floor. The breakfast was amazing. "Had an amazing experience from booking our airport transport, checking in late night and checking out. We were greeted by Jerry who offered us iced tea and iconic Hanoi beer upon arrival. The room has all you need, comfy bed and very cool AC. All the staff were lovely and breakfast had great options. Easy walk from everything and one step away from iconic food spots."

"A very new building, less than a year old. Extremely beautiful. The most modern technology is applied in many places. Plenty of delightful details. There is a window between the bedroom and bathroom, which gives a nice sense of space and light. English poses some challenges and it took some effort and patience to communicate with the staff."
