"Desk clerk was nice. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Stayed clean and well stocked. Loved being on balcony looking at the river below. Ducks,geese and other animals in the river. Close to restaurants and shops."

"From the outside the property looks a little ran down. Ducks were swimming in the pool and geese were running around everywhere. Goose poop was everywhere in the parking lot. But.....the rooms were super clean. Air was working as it should. Showers were hot. The beds were super comfortable. The property was quiet. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again, we just wouldn't swim in the pool. Wild animals isn't really any fault of the hotel's staff, but worth mentioning for...

"I took a black light in this room and I give it a 9 out of 10 ⭐ the only thing I would not touch in that whole room was the hair dryer the coffee pots and the ice bucket everything else was spotless they came and switched our bedding everyday clean the bathroom did not clean the shower though everyday you could see light around the whole door but the door did shut and lock the breakfast was fairly good I really enjoyed the chocolate and strawberry waffles they had fresh bananas to offer fresh...

"We were very pleased with our stay at Arbor. The room was clean, roomy, and pleasurable to stay in. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the immaculate garden areas with beautiful flowers and landscapes all around. There were many statues of playful children and birdhouses with doves and pigeons flying around. It lent an atmosphere of tranquility. The pool was also landscaped well with a wall of falling water. Breakfast was a voucher for the Reagan pancake house...
