"Not a good experience, filthy surroundings, front desk plesant but room was gross, dusty, appeared to have nice clean sheets, but everything is old, gross, room smelled moldy with a touch of sewer. We were booked for 2 days but left after 1st night, I did let front desk know and they did apoligize and seemed surprised until I showed her pictures. She was very nice, did refund 1 night since we were leaving. "

"Upon arrival the hotel was dirty, not the pictures listed, and the hotel staff was rude. We find out after we checked in the indoor pool was closed but was never given a reason and the website showed it had one and was open. We went down at one point to get an extra blanket in which it had pee stains all over it. For such an expensive hotel it was not a good place to stay. "

"This place is a dump. The ground-level door bolt didn’t lock leaving me feeling uneasy. There was long black hair in the bed sheets. No morning coffee as promised. Room walls were so dirty and the tub looked like it was 90 years old and stained. Spend an extra $50 and get a nicer place so you can sleep in peace! "

"Although the property advertised as pet friendly, we received a call from the front desk about our dog. They threatened that we might have to leave if he didn't stop barking. This was the first time on our cross country trip this happened. The staff in general did not seem friendly. Also there was no water or towels in the workout room.
