"Extended stay with family. 4 nights. Great location to visit parks and see various waterfalls around the Cookeville area. The room was humid and needed some air circulation when we got there. Shower had nice heat, but could use more pressure. No bath tub. Shampoo/conditioner low upon arrival. Breakfast was good 1 morning, exceptional 2 mornings, and fell completely short 1 morning. The morning it fell short the oatmeal was just liquid/soupy. I couldn’t eat it. And there were more limited...

"After waiting 16 minutes at the counter for check in, with only one person in front of me and no acknowledgment from the staff member, I was a breath away from leaving for a different hotel when I was finally called up for check in. After that unpleasant start, I will say that the room was very clean, no bad odor, the sheets were nice, and the AC worked well. The breakfast was adequate, and a clean space"

"Overall, our stay was very good. We were welcomed by a very friendly lady who referred to me as Sweet Pea! We saw her several times throughout our stay and she made us feel like welcomed guests as opposed to just another customer. The property was very clean and the breakfast included hot offerings such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. This will be my go-to place going forward when I stay in Cookeville. My only complaint is that I overheard the friendly lady at the front desk call...

"The staff was awesome! The room was very clean and had all of the amenities I needed. I had a microwave, small refrigerator and ice was available too. There were many places in the room to plug in my electronics. The TV offered more channels than I have ever seen in a hotel. I was able to park right in front of my room. When making my appointment, I asked a member of the staff if I could get a bottom floor room and he was very nice to provide me with one. I highly recommend this hotel to others...

"Staff was nice, decent location. Look it’s motel6 and cheap. But the sheets are stained, blood on the shower curtain, dirty floors and walls, sink sprayed everywhere, shower doesn’t drain, toilet would only stop running if you found the perfect spot on the handle. "
