"Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"First, the location. What a beautiful view. Next, the room was so nicely renovated. The modern amenities with old world charm. The bathroom was so liluxorious. Next the breakfast was superb. And the extra touches like unlimited drinks and water, freshly baked cookies. Definitely coming back next year."

"The room was decent. This is definitely an older hotel, but our stay was perfectly fine. The price was was excellent compared to the other hotels a bit closer to the harbor. The pool looked very nice, we just didn't have a chance to use it. The free breakfast was really good."

"We just wrapped up our sixth stay at Linekin Bay Resort, and it continues to be one of our favorite family vacation spots! Bringing our grandchildren here has become a tradition, and every year we make more wonderful memories. The pool is fantastic, the views of the bay are absolutely beautiful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. The rooms are comfortable, and we appreciate that most have air conditioning. Our only small suggestion would be to improve towel replenishment and trash...

"Great location. Heated salt water pool. Great hearty buffet breakfast every morning (included) and restaurant on site for dinner and drinks. Every room has waterfront view. Easily accessible as rooms open to outside. Refrigerator and microwave and keurig in each room. Beds comfy and AC unit in each room. Lots of parking and use of kayaks, paddle boards, rowboat. Not a swimming beach. Beautiful sunsets."

"It was an amazing experience, breakfast was spot on, hotel room is clean, the ocean view was perfect. Being in the woods gives it that real get away, relaxed feeling. We went out on the canoe that they have for free and spent all morning seeing wildlife and sightseeing. We will definitely be coming back."

"This is an older coastal hotel. We really enjoyed our stay here! It is extremely convenient for dining and shopping. We boarded a whale/puffin excursion just across the parking lot. Parking was convenient. I would certainly stay here again and am looking forward to doing that!"

"Our room was on the second floor and there is no elevator. Thus all bags large and small had to be carried up the stairs then down again at the end of our stay. The room did gave a balcony with 2 chairs and a nice view of the harbor. Parking was available"

"very convenient not very clean bed sucked carpet needed shampooing furniture looked like it came from a used thrift store air conditioner was old and very noisy and i bet the filter was old shower curtain was to long. it was dirty and always wet. Yuk. probably the worst hotel room we ever stayed in Parking was very convenient"

"The inn was the perfect location for exploring Boothbay, viewing the harbor and seeing the fireworks for the 4th of July. Parking was wonderful and the innkeeper went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and were aware of all available amenities. He even made our dinner reservations. The breakfast items available to us were a helpful way to start our day and save a bit of money. We loved the common areas and the grounds were beautiful."

"The room was basic and clean. Noisy during the night but we did have the windows open. The check in information and codes were never sent. I had to reach out to them so check in was delayed 20 minutes."
