"Air-conditioning worked well. Beds were lumpy. It was a standard 2-twin bed room, good for an overnight stay. Would be best to add a couple of luggage racks. Cleanliness is what we like about this hotel. Shops, eats and subway station nearby. Staff are very nice."

"The Prima Hotel was very clean and luxurious! We enjoyed our stay there very much. The staff were very helpful, they even helped me book a facial for me. When we needed more amenities they were happy to help us with that as well. The hotel also has a Art Gallery located in the back and hotel guests can go for free which I really enjoyed. The location was great, it was a 20 minute walk from Myeongdong or a 9 minte taxi. Also located a 10 minute walk from two major palaces which we visited."
