"Checked in somewhat late and first think noticed the room was quite warm but just figured the A/C needed to be turned down. After doing that it never did blow out cold air and consequently the room never cooled down , couldn’t sleep much because the room was at least 80 . Told the front desk and the response was OK..Hamptons are usually pretty good but it all comes down to management and staff that cares . I would say this place need some attention in both departments"

"I like staying here because they have kitchens in the room. But the whole time I stay there. Nobody cleaned our room, changed our bedding or towels. We were told that there was going to be two plates, two spoons, 2 cups. That wasn’t the case. Trash in the hallways for multiple days. The staff was nice. O yeah be careful the elevator turns on and off I had to use the stairs multiple times. Overall very clean property beautiful rooms nice laundry room."

She allowed me to put 2 very heavy suitcases behind the counter & helped get them out to the shuttle at 2:30 in the morning! The room was updated & very clean, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!"
