Staff was very friendly love the layout and design of the hotel but the restaurant and bar was not open or available during our stay which was weird because we arrived early in the day and we did have some brown spots or rust in the tub but besides that everything else was great. came down to visit LSU for my daughter orientation and it was the perfect location and I would stay there again. hopefully next time we can try the restaurant because I heard it was a really good...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was great! My issue was at the poolside. It’s a comfortable space to accommodate different groups of guests. However, there should be strict no smoking rules for that area."

"Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here!"

"Room was never cleaned even though we stayed 4 nights. The doors didn’t close well. The outside property was not maintained. The rooms were very big if you get the suite. Breakfast was always empty at the times we went. The front desk when we arrived was the most amazing worker. She was the best part of our stay."

"While the room was clean and nice, the front desk person was not polite at all and just had a bad attitude. I don’t have super high expectations but being in the front, you’d expect basic customer service skills. The room didn’t have any robes / slippers which was kind of disappointing also. They would really benefit from adding full body mirror as well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, I also liked the AC and how you could adjust if needed. "I stayed here for 2 nights for a family trip. The bed was so comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the breakfast was tasty! I spent about an hour with my feet in the pool. I did see some bugs in the pool but I think that's expected in the south especially when a storm was about to roll in. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again in the future."

"It was a July 4th stay. Easy check in, very clean lobby, rooms immaculate, the pool area was so nice, you wouldn’t think you were by an intersection. They had a live band that was great.. everybody seem to be having a great time.. just a great vibe.. will come back.. To the staff keep the GREAT work up.."
