"I know everyone says you get what you pay for and they are partially correct. The staff was very helpful, it was super quiet and laid back, it's not over ran by sketchy people although from the road it might look that way. The property is severely outdated and in need of some major TLC but it was pleasant enough that we will stay again. Could definitely use some love, more comfy beds, and more pillows but we did enjoy our stay overall."

"An older hotel that is dire need of an update, or at least sone serious maintenance, the gotel itself is ok for one night but beyond that, forget it. The location is far from great, in the back end of town and with little within walking distance.
The staff deserve their own paragraph. I have never experieced a more dour, unhappy bunch of people. Even the breakfast staff were rude and grumpy. The one standout was the lady on reception, who was helpful and had a smile for the guests.

"Saw a few ants on the nightstand. Also a horrible smell in bathroom. Not sure if it was sewer gas or a drain problem or a problem when they hooked up plumbing with no traps. Very noisy from Interstate traffic but can’t help that. Breakfast was great."
