First, I called to get help with my room’s access pin and “we’ll call you right back and reset your pin” turned into waiting roughly 10 min and I had to call THEM back for the pin. Then the smart TV wouldn’t let me log in to anything or even update apps on the tv that needed it. So AGAIN called the “help” line intermittently for TWO PLUS HOURS to get resolution, with absolutely ZERO help. Finally gave up…. But they were basically like “sucks...

"We got the Presidential Suite. It was perfect for our family. I think they could replace the pull out couch that looked like it was all worn out and dirty. The breakfast is always amazing and the staff was so kind and polite. "

"For those of us who do not like the big chain hotels, this Inn was a gem! It was clean, a great location with kind and accommodating staff. The patio ocean view was perfect with stairs to a cove one block away. The pool was clean and warm, and the incredible fragrance of the rose trees greeted us each time we went through the doors into the central garden area. Delightful!"
