"Arrived to a sleeping staff member at check in, room had hair on both bed sheets, a dirty tooth brush left in bathroom, no lock on bathroom door, phone not working to call front desk and no hot water through the night and morning. I’ve never been so unhappy with a stay. This was not by far cheap to stay so not sure what is happening but would not recommend or return to this property"

"1: The rooms do not have a mattress for a bed. They use a futon pad on a platform. These are not only very firm but extremely uncomfortable. I had 3 of the worst nights of sleep in my life, and this was a major contributing factor. They recently remodels all the rooms but cheaped out on the bed.

"The property is very old and dingy. I found the rugs to be dirty and the bathroom was moldy around the tub and shower. The TV only worked partially continuing to go in and out. I requested to change rooms and they did accommodate me to a better room. More than likely it is my last time at the hotel, even though it is very close to where I want to be."

"My husband and i use to stay here alot when we visited stamford but hated how rude the front desk guy was...But this time, there was someone new, a Lady and she was SOOOOO NICE AND HELPFUL she greeted us nicely, laughed with us and all...even dropping the key off was pleasant. The room was very clean and efficient, nice front view, car parked right outside the room. As usual great stay"
