"The bed was extremely uncomfortable. And the bed cover was very thin ( so you get cold during the night.
We were hearing people from the room next to ours and who ckecked in at midnight with a baby talking and laughing loudly through the thin walls and we couldn't sleep. We had to call the front desk 3 times from midnight to 1h30 and same problem. The table in the room was dirty when we arrived and full of fingerprints. Toilet blocked. I do not recommend this hotel at all. There are so many...

Poorly run Hyatt. Mostly unhelpful front desk workers. Housekeeping does the bare minimum. We rarely had our sheets changed on a 19 day stay. "

The room was efficiently laid out. Perfect for single traveller on a short trip. All staff encountered were friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to check in early so I could get ready for an event I was attending.
Only complaint was noise from doors closing in the middle of the night. Sound dampening could be explored."
