"Took my 17yr old daughter for out last adolescent spring break trip. She loved the hotel. It’s NYC so we didn’t expect a huge room. Yet ours was perfect and intimate. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Very accommodating and professional. I would just say the communication on the location of all amenities wasn’t very clear. It was like a scavenger hunt. One restaurant turned into two hosting dinner and brunch. "

"The staff were very friendly except for one young tall guy who didn't even want to look up when talking to us. The hotel location was excellent. It was close to subway and port authority. We felt safe. Gym was open 24/7 which was nice as well. Rooms were basic but well maintained"
