"We always stay at this hotel. It's in a great spot! It does need some TLC though. I reported Saturday morning to the first shift front desk clerk about the toilet seat being loose, but I was told that I would have to change rooms. We had a conference to attend so we had to go. Upon our return I stopped by the front desk to see if the night clerk had an update about the toilet repair. She said that she had not been told about it. "2 firearms went off. Last at 2am. 8 flights to get out. Rough night. First I was put in a handicap king that smelled like wet socks. Someone knew that as there was an air purifier in there. Moved to a room on 8th floor. Beds are lumpy. Sheets itchy. Still the smell but less so. Hotel lobby is nice. Shuttles are nice & ice cold. Shuttle drivers are great!"

"I thought the food offerings were mediocre. I stayed at a LaQuinta in Marietta that provided fresly made fajitas that were delicious, best ive had at a hotel but I dont know that those were offered. The breakfast offerings were meager as well, there was no grits or pancakes. We're in the south. And the popcorn was sparingly offered. As for service, I was particularly disturbed that I had to remind the staff to service the room and fix the drain in the sink multiple times."

"The hotel is very clean. However the decor is different. I had a single king room but there is not a dresser for clothes or a usb outlet to charge and electronics. The elevator system is awful. I had to wait ten minutes each time to use the elevator. Also give yourself 30 minutes to request valet parking. I paid 55 dollars for overnight parking another 5 dollars to have priority on the list and still took 35 minutes to get my car. The valets were very nice and polite. It was not their fault....
