"Best part of this resort is the view. However, the rooms desperately need to be updated. You had to pretty much fight with the hotel door to open it and close it. The lighting above the bathroom mirror had rust on it. The outlets on the nightstands near the bed did not work. However, the pool was lovely and of course the view cannot be beat. Overall, it was okay for the 2 nights we were there, however we will probably look at other options for our next trip. "

"Rarely am I pleasantly surprised when I stay somewhere, but this place was very cute, clean, and comfortable for my family of three. We were worried about distance from the beach but you are very close to public beach access. We had the best time and would love to book again some time soon. "

"Place was awesome-very old Florida vibe. Fantastic location and very tidy. Would have loved a fan option. The only reason 3 stars is our neighbors were obnoxiously drunk, so only a few hours of sleep. Had we not shared a common area, would have probably been fine. Will try staying again b/c place was super cozy-just bad neighbors."

"I have stayed in some bad hotels in the past, but this one takes the cake. Not only do you have to park in a vacant lot across the street (yes, rain and traffic) but one of the elevators was out. It's when I got to the room when I realized had bad it is. Wanted to call the office Sorry not phone in the room. Wanted to set a wake-up call for the next morning, sorry no alarm in the room.
I know, people in the future will stay here, but I assure you there are better places"

"This trip was my 4th time staying at this property and will be the last unless things change drastically. The common areas were filthy with garbage Laying outside the elevators for days, mattresses leaning against the railings. Waited 3 days for clean towels in our room. Zero towels at pool for entire 8 days, no hot coffee or fresh water in lobby. Elevators stink like beer and puke. Was charged a “resort” fee and we couldn’t even use the play area because it was a mess. Someone had puked on the...

"The room was dirty. Not properly cleaned. Floors were disgusting. You can’t even walk across the room to grab your shoes without your feet turning black. Balcony had bird poop everywhere. Even on the chairs. I know it’s outside but it still could have been cleaned up. Didn’t have the right amount of towels and wash cloths.
