I booked a room with two beds for two people, but at check-in they said the reservation showed only one guest and charged me an extra We received the exact same room with no additional service or amenities, and the only explanation was that it was “hotel policy.”

"We stayed here twice within 2 weeks while our house was being renovated. Booked 2 bedroom apartment. First apartment’s living room floor was very noisy and creaked every time we walked on it. We were given an option to move after we complained but we stayed since we had a lot of luggage and a baby .
