"Great staff and loved the hotel room layout plus"

"Front desk staff were friendly and accomodating, service was quick...but man...that room was nasty and run down. In my room there were splatters on the bedding, grime on the floors, graffiti and stickers on the window, broken door handle, a hair and streaks on the toilet seat...great price though, so, I got what I paid for I guess"

"Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room"

"all good"

"Location was close to subway. Clean . Minimal type place ..staff was nice"

"We stayed for 4 nights and had a great experience. Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Lucien was a stand out front desk employee who was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to your business. Rooms were clean and spacious. Housekeepers were efficient. Great location close to the subway and Central Park top end. We will be back."
