"Late arrival took a little time getting ahold of front desk. Phone in room handset did not work but the speaker on phone body worked. Alot of spils and sticky floors around elevator and in elavator. One elevator stopped working on last day we were there causing a long delay getting up to room on 5th floor and getting down. I took the stairs down several times. The staff looked bothered to even be doing their job like checking in (which is their literal job) was a bother and that they were too cool to have basic customer service skills. "My stay was ok for just one night. Hard to sleep with the noise from the freeway and you can hear when people walk in the hallway and close doors. Some maintenance needs to be done in the rooms. The shower caulking was falling off, a bathroom tile was pushing up which could be a tripping hazard and one bed was very loud to sit on."
