"The location and layout cozy and warm. The odor of the water and bathroom like sulfer.Coffee seemed old pot did not work right.Could not get hot water for a shower either."

"This was a wonderful weekend getaway for my boyfriend and me! Kelly was such a great host, very responsive to questions and accommodating. The apartment was very clean, and the backyard was amazing. We did a good amount of exploring in the area, but we especially loved being at the apartment and making bonfires in the back on the lake. Thanks for an awesome stay!"

"We had such a great stay with Guido. We were about 5 minutes from family, and we needed a place to stay with our golden retriever. The property was perfect and a short ride to Mohonk, Walden and Montgomery. There was a significant snow storm during our stay, and Guido quickly cleared a path out for us. Perfect place for our stay with everything we needed. Thank you so much!"

"After staying 2 nights at the Zen cottage in Gardiner (same host), I decided to stay an extra night, but only this location was available, so I booked. I walked in to a very tidy beautiful space, albeit a lot less work went into restoring this space compared to the prior, furniture definitely not as cozy. The blanket covering the boarded up door (in the sauna room) had a very large nail sticking out, luckily I saw it before bumping into. I did notice some foul smells around the fire place, I...

"Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. "

"Great location to get some peace and quiet. Beautiful foliage and tons of wildlife in the area. This was our first time staying in a tiny home, and the place had everything we needed to cook, clean, and relax while exploring the area."

"I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. "

"Luxe Studio is amazing!! Our studio was super comfortable and we appreciated the little extras- coffee/espresso machine and items, cold water and drinks. The location is perfect to explore not only Warwick, but the surrounding area as well"
