"We took our grandchildren to Legoland and chose this hotel for its proximity to the park, indoor pool and breakfast features. Well, it was 20 minutes away, which wasn’t as close as I thought. I thought I had read it was 9 minutes away but it must have been 9 miles, which took 20+ minutes. My mistake, I’m sure. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated. "Not even close to any previous stays at Marriott properties. Very disappointed. Bathroom amenities lacking, e.g. no hand or body lotion. No complimentary breakfast served. Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??"

"Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly."

"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

The little pond had frogs which were cute and we had a deer in the yard on the last morning which was fun to see. The hot water did smell like sulfur/rotten eggs but that seems common for this area.
