"Exactly as advertised. Needed a comfortable, clean place to sleep. Quality king sized bed. I recommend only booking this place from VRBO as there are some units that seem to be affected by construction on the far end. (did not affect our stay one bit.) "

"Lucked out with early check in as we had 4:30 rehearsal dinner to make. Fit our needs perfect, 12 guys dressed for wedding on Saturday, while eating sandwiches and watching Ryder Cup on big screen televisions in kitchen and living room. Nick is the best and very responsive to questions."

The exposed brick walls and decor made the space comfortable as a hang out and was in a great location - right downtown and walkable to amazing restaurants. The host was not as responsive as I'm used to but did provide check-in instructions when asked and allowed a late check-out.
