"Clean, cozy, well kept and well stocked. Very close to the Ark Encounter and about 30 minutes from the Creation Museum. Potentially sleeps up to eight with sofa bed. Very peaceful. Worth the stay!"

"The house was very clean with updated bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and memory foam mattresses. The manager, Gregory, was very easy to work with and arranged for a repair man to come change out some lightbulbs that had burned out in the upstairs bathroom and master bedroom. There was quite a bit of traffic noise at night and early in the mornings(from people gunning their motors!) and a train nearby. We all had white noise sound machines, which helped drown out the noise, so no...

We enjoyed how close we were to the Ark Encounter and while driving around we were excited to come upon a small "free" sprinkler area for children, that were also only minutes away. Our grandson enjoyed it so much. I have already recommend your beautiful home to friends and family who are planning a trip to the Ark soon. We do plan another trip to Kentucky and will will be renting this house again! "

"Very nice unit that was perfect for our trip to see the Ark Encounter . The air conditioner is really loud, but no other concerns. The little touches like chocolates in the bedroom and snacks on the counter were nice."
