"Everything is not bad but the amount of bugs that get in from having the door open for 5 seconds is insane. There’s all kinds of bugs in here. Not pleasant. There’s one window unit to cool the entire house down. You don’t have much privacy someone is always on the property it’s a working horse ranch."

"Overall met expectations. AC is not centralized, but 3 separate window units that the fan ran continuously even when temperature not set as low. No on-site laundry. Fridge had freezer burn rolls left inside that had odor, small amount of leaf debris. Access to cleaning supplies kind. Binder of instructions for guest expectations significant with understanding of past abuses by guests regarding pets and body fluids.
