Extremely roomy, good wifi, a welcome cake and Shortbread, the grounds are really nice, even has a table and chairs to sit under the trees in, only 10 minutes drive from Berwick, loved it."

"We loved the cottage, it was in a perfect location and we thought Kelso was lovely!We explored castles and enjoyed lovely walks and new towns.The cottage was extremely well equipped and in particular we enjoyed the beautiful kitchen (as we did a lot of cooking) and the wood burning stove which we lit each evening.Just for note we couldn’t find a cheese grater but maybe we just didn’t look hard enough.Thank you for having us."

"We were in town for the Race Across Scotland - crew stayed here throughout the week, and two of us who ran it were here after we finished. Was a close drive to Cocksburnpath, and to other surrounding areas. Great spot for 4 folks, and having laundry was a huge bonus. Lovely property."

"Great central location from which to explore the Borders region from Bamburgh to Melrose ; from the Alnwick Gardens to Edinburgh. After a great day exploring to return to our quiet countryside cottage for a relaxing glass while watching the sunset over the hills as the the horses enjoying a late night snack in the paddock and the swifts and bats doing tricks was wonderful . Enjoyed 7 perfect days. Jan and Phill "

"Beautiful little cottage with great sea/ harbour views. Solid fuel stove which blasted out plenty of heat, ideal for a winter visit. Fab cliff top walks and plenty choice regarding eating and drinking, either in village or nearby towns. We will return!"
