"We stayed there for nine days with our family. The house was a perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The new bikes were enjoyed by our kids- but they did need some maintenance. Jane responded quickly to our request for help with the bikes and other minor issues. Loved all the dogs and donkeys in the area and their nightly serenades. The island is gorgeous- the beaches were wonderful and uncrowded and the snorkeling was great. Be sure to bring bug spray."

"The location of this condo was perfect for us. It’s out of the way but with the island so small nothing is more than 10-15 minutes away. The condo was clean and our host was friendly and always responsive. The a/c is in the bedroom and works great for sleeping. We had no issues as the condo cools down in the evenings with the windows open. All appliances worked great and the gazebo was peaceful in the mornings. "

"This listing is in contrary to the property. The cleanliness was poor and the house contained an odor. Rodent droppings were visible in the sink and floor of the kitchen area and mold on the wall in the hallway, the toilet tissue provided was clearly old and dirty. Few roaches were running through the house. Check in was posted as 3pm however I checked in at 5pm due to a late show from the host. "Beautiful hotel! Definitely my hotel of choice in Grand Turk. I’ve been taking staycations here recently and it’s always a good time. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency during my stay and ended up at the hospital. Getting to Grand Turk is an extra (short) flight, but it is worth it. The island has a more relaxed environment than Providenciales. Kathleen recommended we rent a golf cart, which was the best decision. She really made our Grand Turk experience a success. "
