"The property was on the top floor of a beautiful building on Wenceslas Square. It couldn't be better located. The apartment itself was great.
Large windows, big comfortable bed, small but fully equipped kitchen area.
The bathroom was super. Large shower and everything you'd need.
I had one issue whilst staying there. I reported it and it was sorted very quickly.
Can't recommend these apartments enough."

"The room was on the top 3rd floor under the eves with no lift. Very beautiful view of Charles Bridge but that was all it had going for it. Because the room was so small, the bed was pushed to one side of the room and I had to bent over the bed and shuffle around the edge of it to get in. The room had a kitchenette but was barely usable. Would not recommend this place at all"

"Paint looks a bit dated and there were cobwebs in the corners of the high ceilings. But it was a generally clean accommodation with easy access once you'd memorized your access code. Location excellent. A couple of tea bags and coffee sachets would have been welcome because while you had everything to make a drink, there was nothing to actually drink. Nothing in the fridge, not even a water bottle. Close to everything, but the location is expensive."

Check-in e check-out molto veloci e reception aperta 24/7.

"A great apartment in a great location. Spacious and nicely furnished. Lovely views across the river. Very close to the metro and serval tram lines.
Great coffee shop downstairs and a lovely Italian restaurant on the corner, plus plenty more places to eat nearby.
Triple glazed windows so warm and quiet - may be different in the summertime with windows open?
One towel each was disappointing as this meant no hand/ hair towel for any of us to use. The bathroom was superficially clean but sink and...

"The first night in a new city, it’s nice to have the personal encounter with a live person at a hospitality desk to check you in. It is also nice to have as place to check luggage on site and free of charge if you are not able to check in upon arrival. That being said, the room was amazing. We would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the use of the kitchen and dining area, as well as the sitting room. The Botonist is conveniently located and very comfortable. The only thing lacking was cream and...
