"Excellent hotel and staff. I will look to go back in the future!"

"Very good central location. Facilities good, staff very attentive and helpful. We did not use the restaurant as we had breakfast outside . One small issue was we were in the second floor facing the road, and there is a small bar opposite that opened quite late on two nights we were there. Not too loud but noticeable."

"The public areas of the hotel were clean and tidy but unfortunately the rooms are tired and in desperate need of refurbishment. The noise from the air conditioning was appalling. A block of rooms on the lower floor were plagued by a droning noise from air conditioning machinery servicing the whole hotel. Even with the air conditioning off in your room the droning was unbearable, preventing sleep at night. I was moved to a different room but only 4 rooms away and whilst it was slightly better...

"The only down side of our whole experience was the noise on the balcony created by inconsiderate motor cycles"

"Really great hotel!"

"We hebben weer een geweldige vakantie gehad. Het enige minpuntje deze keer was dat het dinerbuffet buiten het hoogseizoen blijkbaar a la carte is geworden. Dat is met kinderen minder praktisch en 5 dagen achter elkaar van dezelfde kaart bestellen is ook nogal eentonig. "This hotel does not live up to the Intercontinental name. The hotel needs major room renovations. The lobby area and restaurant areas are nice but the rooms are so outdated. The 1st room we checked in had a musty smell and the carpets were stained. Asked for a room change, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The 2nd room was a bit better but the same issue with the old carpet. We had club access which gave us separate breakfast area, tea time and pre-dinner food and drinks. The...

"Wir hatten die Executive Suite mit Whirlpool. Insgesamt sehr schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Die Schalldämmung nach außen hätte etwas besser sein können. Frühstück war gut und die Lage auch. Man ist direkt zu Fuß in Paceville. Der Poolbereich auf dem Rooftop ist zwar schön angelegt. Leider gibt es keine Liegen, sodass längeres verweilen etwas erschwert wird."

"Everything about my stay was amazing. All the staff members were super helpful. The breakfast had a lot of variety. They let you order things that you wanted them to make for breakfast. And the pool was super clean."

"Pool was closed and we weren’t informed prior to our visit. Very disappointed as this was a huge part of why we booked this particular hotel."

"Room was clean, breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Swimming pool was great with very attentive staff There was a constant damp/sewer smell in the main lobby and also in our room. Shower head was spraying water in all directions and when the shower was on the bathroom smelt of the same damp/ sewerage smell. Asked booking in receptionist if we could be booked in near the party we were travelling with and were given a room at the opposite end of the hotel without even telling us there...
