" Honestly, it's not the most modern hotel. There's no mini-fridge in the room, and the TV isn't the latest model. But the rooms are large and very spacious, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was courteous, and the breakfast was reasonable. The price was attractive and, in my opinion, worth the money. For those who are intimidated by a luxurious hotel, this may not be the first choice, but for those who want a nice place on a reasonable budget, this is definitely a reasonable option."

"False informatiom saying they are at 10 kms from Rila Monastery, but you must round the mountain and you must do 120 kms to arrive... what kind of fraud it is? It is to much!!!"

"Overall the hotel wasn’t a bad choice considering how cheap it was per night. It is a 10 minute walk from the centre of town which was great, we booked a locker at the ski hire so didn’t to carry anything back and forth. In the hotel the beds were very comfortable however the building and interiors has not been updated since it was built. WiFi will not extend past reception/ ground floor (you will need the Bulgarian keyboard as the password is not English). Breakfast is perfectly nice and never...

"5 stars all around. Nick our property host was fantastic. The castle exceeded our expectations on size and value for money. Not to mention the jacuzzi that was almost as tall as me 🙄😅. The property was cleaned throughout, perfect temperatures and the company provided with plenty of information for surrounding areas and transportation as we had no car. Would 100% recommend. "Nice charming hotel in a quiet spot, but only a short walk from the slopes. Certainly great value. The included breakfast and dinner buffets were both pretty decent, better than most that I have experienced in the past. Friendly staff."
