"Only stayed for 2 nights before our Salkantay trek. The rooms were quite small. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds to have extra space but got a room with only 1 double bed. It was great location and convenient to get to everywhere we wanted to go to in Cusco. Would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room but there is a small grocery store close by. "I absolutely love this hotel. They need a branch in Lima. Why do I love it? Each floor has a living area so you aren’t “stuck” in your bedroom but also not in a lobby where you are exposed to people coming and going. There is a kitchen you have access to so we could warm our left overs and keep it refrigerated. The staff is sooooo considerate!!! "The stay was pretty average overall. I had booked a king room, but was given a room with two double beds instead. The bathroom also had noticeable mold in the shower, which was disappointing. The hotel itself was fine, but considering the room type I booked and the condition of the bathroom, I expected a little more. "When we got there there were no towels available for our room, even after checking-in. We had to wait about 2 hrs to get them. There was no way to control the room temperature because there was no ac. The safe in the room was not working, asked for help on the front desk and they never got back to us. The shower was not very clean, it had mold on all corners and on the wall. Would not recommend."
