When I came back from the 4D/3N trek, the receptionist had everything prepared and I was able to get my room and luggage in less than 5 minutes. Truly exceptional especially after a tiring multi-day activity. Would also like to commend the quality of the food from room service. I really enjoyed the Lomo Saltado!"

"I enjoyed my stay at Atoq. It was convenient to Plaza de Armas, and so much more. We walked everywhere. There were plenty of food options close to us too, as well as laundromats (we used the hotel laundry service, it was very reasonable). Breakfast was so good, I looked forward to it every morning. The staff were beyond kind, helpful and welcoming. My only complaint is, the bed pillows were awful. And the mattress wasn’t too comfortable, my friends had the same sentiment. Nous avons été un peu saisi par le froid mais à chaque jour, le personnel venait allumer un feu dans le poêle à bois ce qui rendait l’endroit très confortable et encore plus charmant.
