There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. "Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest."

"Location was beyond perfect!!! Very close to Subway, City Bike stations (highly recommend as a way to see all the sights) and restaurants. Only a few blocks from Penn Station. Couldnt say anything bad about the place itself-pictures are exact. Only small issues were a delay in cleaning upon arrival (contacted Claudia and cleaner came right away) and the lack of extra essentials for an extended stay (trash bags, towels, etc.). Street noise is extreme but I didn't expect anything else in the city....

"Cons:-Check in was rough. 2 separate addresses were provided which confused things and the host preferred to play chat tag as opposed to calling to efficiently communicate. Lock box was hard to find, attached to something other than what was described and the key was in the wrong lock box. -Lock on the outside of the door to the apt itself was very hard to lock/unlock. -toilet is very small, if you are bigger than a small child you have to sit side saddle on it due to how close to the wall it...

"No hot water , only 3 towels for a stay of 5 days, only two roles of toilet paper. communicating with the host was non existent. I would never rent again or refer anyone to rent this facility again. It was extremely hot in the room. Coffee machine did not work"

"Insane views. Cool host. Couple little things needed to be repaired. And if you have a car parking is convenient but expensive. 1.5 days cost me 150 bucks. "
