"An important aspect that the apartment fully checked was the cleanliness: it was way better than what you usually get for a 3-star hotel - of the same price or more expensive - in the USA (from my personal experience). "Our stay was wonderful- the apartment was just what we needed for a family of 6. Needed the extra space! Location just a few blocks from the subway was perfect. When we reached out, the owner was gr wast and responded within seconds. Highly recommend!"

"We thought we rented the entire property, but was half of it. expect a lot of stairs. No bath tubs but two showers. some door knobs and locks need maintenance, but overall nice clean rooms."

"It was an amazing experience staying at this property. It was very well managed, clean, quiet and spacious unit. Did not face any issues or surprises. Great location. The owner is very polite, responsive and resourceful. It was an absolute joy to stay at this well maintained unit with new fittings and amenities. Would love to come back again. Highly recommended!!"

"Great location, not what is listed but was for good reason and in a better location. Theres was just a little mold in the corner of the bathroom. Other than that prime location, iconic building. Great gear communication from the owner. I highly recommend"

"I highly enjoyed my stay at this property. I came with my family so I really needed a place to accommodate all of our needs. And this place did not disappoint. It was very clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. Although I am a native New Yorker, I no longer live in the city but come home frequently as a “tourist” lol.
