"Host was really accommodating with arrival time and usually makes a breakfast for the guests but we had to leave really early, so they had grab and go items ready for the morning! Amazing!"

"The weather wasn’t too cooperative, but we enjoyed our stay. The view overlooking the lake was fantastic! There is plenty to do in the area within a short drive. The house was well appointed with essentials in the kitchen. We arrived at check in time only to find the cleaning person was still inside. We waited 30 minutes before I could get into the cottage.If we can return it to Cayucos lake, we would definitely stay here again!"

"We picked this house to celebrate a Jack and Jill weekend. The house was clean and had more than enough room and activities for our large group to use. There was an issue with the grill but it didn’t affect our weekend too much. The owner was easy to contact and answered any questions we had."

"The lake house is very nice and is where we all gathered. The land house is fine and clean but has fairly low ceilings and isn't very bright -- good for sleeping but you'll want to spend time at the lake house. The hosts were very responsive and quickly sorted out an issue with the door code."

"Stayed at Bashir and Yiustina’s home August, 2026. The home was large as indicated, space enough for my family adults and grandchildren. The pool was a big hit. The outside was family friendly. The kitchen could use a few more pans. The extra freezer is great, but I think a fridge would be more helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, Youstina was very responsive to questions. I would bookHere again!"
