I would like to start by saying this was a DaysInn prior to the name change. They have the previous sign lying on the ground in the parking lot. When we first arrived, we were very disappointed to find that the room was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. (See photos). We spoke to the guy at the front desk and he said we would have to wait until house keeping comes the next day (he told us they come from 9am-6pm). Next day comes, my friend and i leave to do what we had planned for the day, and when we get back to the motel, the room still wasn't cleaned. Our stay was suppose to be from Wednesday-Sunday, but after a 3 days of asking if and when house keeping was coming, we got fed up. Spoke to another guy and asked for a refund. Thankfully he was more helpful than the first guy. There was no “do not disturb sign”, they advertised Netflix/Hulu on the app, but they only had cable and very minimal channels at that - no tv guide for the channels so you just had to go through all of them to find something you wanted to watch. There was no phone in room, if you needed something, you had to go to the lobby and ask. Not to mention, on the last day as we were leaving, we found a COCKROACH crawling in the hallway. Pls do better.
