"The hotel was excellent, beautiful maintained and functioned like a well oiled machine. The room was first class and super comfortable, definitely the most comfortable bed I have slept in during my stay in Japan! Unfortunately they was one incident that I felt let them down and was certainly not expected from an organisation as polished as this. I made a mistake with my booking, I called the front desk, from outside the hotel, in the hope of getting someone to help me. When the call was...

"思っていたよりお風呂が普通でした。 露天風呂は露天風呂風で外とは繋がってるけど、虫が入るから閉めておくようにと注意書きがありました。ReFaのドライヤーがあったが、音がうるさいだけで渇きづらかった、コードをもう少し延ばしてくれないと後頭部が乾かない。お部屋のお茶用の急須のしまってある場所がわかりづらく、茶葉をマグカップに直接入れて飲んでしまいました。枕が大きすぎて首が痛くなりました。朝食ブッフエはとても美味しかったです。"
