"Excellent location. The halbpension was great value. Wonderful breakfast and Andre(?) , the food director, did an outstanding job at dinner. The spa is also a nice treat after a day of touring the castles. The place is huge and any kind of service is difficult to come by. Also our room in the Alpenrose section had a very strange layout…half the space was taken up by a large bathtub. "

"Hice la ruta romántica y fue el mejor hotel de mi recorrido, la cocina es excelente, el Mejor desayuno que he tenido! Puedes acercarte y pedir huevos a tu gusto !!!muchas opciones de desayuno ! Además por la noche el bar está abierto cuando todo está cerrado,las habitaciones son muy bonitas e insonoras,la cama deliciosa! Lo mejor es que hablan español !!!! "We were there to see the Neuschwanstein Castle and Sabina helped get us tickets at the last minute. She put us in room 45 which had a clear view of the castle which was awesome! Not sure if she did that specifically because it was my wifes birthday but, we like to think so! Great stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we are back in the area!"

"Sehr schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben leider erst beim Auschecken erfahren, dass unsere Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer 15,- € pro Nacht kostet. Was unsere Hotelrechnung im nachhinein noch verteuert hat. Dies wäre in Ordnung, wenn man auch die Maschine regelmäßig nutzt. Allerdings hatten wir bereits am ersten Abend die Milch und einen Teil der Kaffeekapseln verbraucht. Da wir auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet haben wurde am nächsten Tag...

"The landhaus Kössel provided a wonderful stay for our family trip of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) to visit the Füssen and algau area to see Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein.
