"The house is peaceful, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook simple meals. The local train station is a pleasant 20 min walk (or you can take the #44 bus which stops a few minutes from the house) from the house, and trains to Amsterdam center run frequently. There is a supermarket about a 10 minute walk from the house as well as a wide canal with a pedestrian path alongside it just a few minutes walk away. Hosts were helpful, responsive, and...

"Het mooi een schoon hotel"

"Very unique place. The location and view were perfect. The 4 flights of stairs were brutal. They have a plumbing issue going on and there was a very bad smell coming from the drains. We covered the drains with towels to dampen the stench. My wife and I had the main bedroom and daughter had the loft bedroom which was nice. A 5 minute walk to Rembrandt square were all the restaurants and bars are located and tram stop."

"We arrived by train from the airport. Hotel was close by and handy for walking to many nearby attractions."

"We stayed here for 4 nights, primarily choosing it for its fantastic location. It is within easy walking distance to the Amsterdam train station and served as a perfect starting point for our scheduled countryside tour. Our room was clean and spacious, and we really enjoyed the complimentary mid-afternoon tea and Stroopwafels—a lovely, welcoming touch. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The check-in process took significantly longer than expected, and the front desk staff...

"Hôtel bien situé.. près de la gare 10 minutes à pied.. beaucoup de resto autour.. près des centres d’intérêts..tout se fait à pied.. chambre petite mais confortable.. nous avons adoré notre chambre vue sur le canal..115.. fenêtre ouverte on se sent comme sur une terrasse.. le canal, la gare.. vue magnifique..café instant dans la chambre ou café machine à la réception.."

"Our experience was wonderful. Start to finish even difficulties with an unexpected “maintenance issue “. Was addressed with professionalism and the offer of a late checkout to make up for the inconvenience of being unable to access the tub water the night prior as well as some of the room service items/items from the Buffet Breakfast that required gas which was still unavailable at the point we wanted it.. We benefitted from a local Rikshaw E bike driver from I Am Bike Taxi - Lets ride ...

"Excellent location! Like that it’s nestled away from the noise of Rembrandt Square. Staff was helpful in getting tv fixed. Does not have fridge or small amenities like disposables which I for once needed but didn’t want to go downstairs and ask staff. Reconstruction was occurring so hardly checked out the communal areas."

"The “small” room was very small. Would not suggest for two travelers as there is nowhere to empty suitcases or put suitcases that don’t impede walking around the bed. Great location Very clean."
