"I got at least 21 insect bug bites all over exposed areas (I wore t-shirt and long pajama pants to bed and got bites on my face, arms and foot) the day after sleeping here. This hotel is in a good location but glasses in the cupboard were dirty and towels were stained. My friend who slept in a different bed in same room (she doesn't have bug bites) noticed dark spots on the sheets. I messaged the staff when I got home and they said they would check the beds. I also informed Expedia, hoping...

"The location is incredible- just off the Grote Market Square. I had access to everything I needed and wanted. The bed is sooo comfortable and there was no late night noise. Do be aware that the adjacent set of apartments has a door that slams *loudly* but I got used to it."

"We stayed here during tulip season and were pleased with the apartment. Sitting on the balcony with a drink after a day of sightseeing was a delight. The apartment is bright and had everything we needed for our stay.The location was great and lots of restaurants near by to enjoy. The grocery store is right down the street so it was easy to stock up when we got there.Great shower and a decent hairdryer were a plus. Sabine answered all our questions and responded back quickly."
