"The room was clean, quiet and fully stocked. Future tenants need to be prepared to go up 2 flights of stairs and the toilet is child height. The bed could be larger and more comfortable. Other than that the stay was enjoyable."

"Great space, huge bedrooms, televisions in living room and bedrooms, great space for four people. Historical charm and modern conveniences were everything we anticipated on our “Everything Lincoln” weekend. The location was perfect and very walkable. There were stairs but we were not having to navigate them all the time."

I never actually made it to his cute bungalow because I made an error when booking in Springfield, IL, and I should have booked in Springfield, OH. Chad was thoughtful in understanding my circumstances and was reasonable in helping me out with a costly mistake. I really appreciate his kindness. I feel certain he is a gracious host and that his place is as described! Chad, thank you again!"
