"After staying for several weeks, we can say with confidence that our host, Kelsey, and the Bluegrass Barbie house exceeded our expectations! Kelsey was so friendly and made our experience an easy one. She was accessible to us, very responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. She made the process seamless. The home has great curb appeal and is located in a nice neighborhood where we felt very safe. We felt welcomed when we walked in the door. Inside, the home was very clean throughout...

"We were kept informed by the host and even checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was good. This property worked out so well for us with two bedrooms for two couples and having the kitchen and living room to stretch out in. It was so much better then hotel rooms. For us the location was great with family only a couple minutes away. We will definitely check on availability when visiting again."

"Very spacious area. Rooms, bathroom, kitchen was clean. Living room was peaceful at night. Easy access to everything in town."

"Everyone and everything at Downtown Dream was fantastic. Thank you, Mike & Christy. They took care of all of our needs fast and with the utmost kindness. The property was great and in the exact location to fill all our needs. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us to hang out but get alone time if needed. We will definitely be staying there again. "

"The house needs a lot of work, peeling paint , cracks in woodwork, mold at bottom of living room window, and light bulbs out everywhere. There is a very strong mildew odor. Host has 2 dehumidifiers running constantly which indicates a lot of moisture. It is a charming house that needs a major makeover."

"As the picture shows, low ceiling above the bed. Very comfortable once you crawl in! THE VIEW - AMAZING! Experience seeing and feeding the animals - DELIGHTFUL! Nathan/owner is engaging and didn’t mind our young grandkids when they came over to see the animals and wanted to sit on the excavator. Bring boots!"

"The home was very clean and the host was quick to answer any questions I had. My daughter had a volleyball tournament in Owensboro and the house was cheaper than a hotel! I will forever be thankful that the Lord placed this home on my options. It was beautiful and a great place to stay! 1000/10 recommend."

"Nice clean space with room for everything we needed. Host was quick to always keep us up to date on our reservation, check in and check out.One minor issue was resolved immediately. Would stay here again although it's not fenced in on one side so luckily that was not an issue for us."

"I was there for work and if I’m up there again I’ll be trying to booked here again."

"Extremely well-maintained property stocked with everything you could need. Host was accessible and very helpful."

"Very clean and cozy little spot. We loved the open area kitchen dining and Living room great for hanging out, eating meals, playing cards or whatever you want to do. Very close to everything. Quiet little dead end street. Perfect place for a couple nights in Owensboro!! The host was awesome and very responsive. Provided some snacks and some really good coffee!!!"
