"Ved ankomst blev vi mødt af en venlig receptionist, vi fik kort til værelset. Vi kom lidt sent, men spurgte hvor man kunne få noget at spise, herefter henviste han os til tjeneren nede ved spiseområdet. Her spurgte vi igen, men blev afvist grundet tidspunktet. Vi fandt en tank MacDonald 4 min gang derfra. Om aftenen var der meget varmt på værelset, radiatoren stod på fuld styrke. Dagen efter tog vi til London og var turister, og da vinken tilbage virkede vores nøglekort ikke længere. Tilbage i...

"Good place, good attention, etc."

"The hotel lobby is absolutely gorgeous and smells amazing. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing. I arrived at 22:45 and the receptionist barely looked up from her screen when speaking to me. After handing me my key, she simply pointed towards the lifts when I asked where they were, despite it being my first time at the hotel. That said, apart from this interaction, I found the staff very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection and everything was beautifully presented....

"Room was tiny , only one plug socket next to the bed , no other sockets in the room . I had wanted a cheap hotel to stay near Gatwick airport but for £10 extra you can stay at premier inn across the road which is x100 nicer . I wouldn’t stay there again ."

"The service was poor - lifts not working . No help with baggae up the stairs. Rooms very basic and staff unhelpful."

"It took the guy on reception 15 minutes to answer the bell. And another 20 minutes to find my booking. They won't let u take the room key out of the hotel. He tried to persuade my to pay more to upgrade the room. And they have a notice up saying if you give them a five star review the will give you 10 percent off a room or £5 in cash. Clearly they know the are not up to standard."

"The bedroom was clean and the bed is comfortable but the elevators were out of service. You would have to climb the stairs all the way to the top with your luggage. Not cool"

"It was not clean enough as I would have expected, no staff on ground but there was communication. Family friendly"

"There was no hot water for shower it was very cold water window could not be open it was very difficult to breathe it looks like the place is falling apart need complete renovation. The double bed was extremely small for two people"

"A great find so close to central Croydon. A clean and calm property, with great amenities and a peaceful environment. A must for those needing a good place to stay. Thank you to the team for making our stay special."

"The property was clean, as advertised for what to expect. But the best part of the property was being right across the street from the train station. Between Thameslink and Southern you’re 20-30 minutes from the City, basically anywhere in London was reachable in under an hour. You could get here from Heathrow in about an hour by train, which ends up way cheaper than an Uber."
