"The floor is very uneven…not up to code I’m sure! Balance was an issue! Not a good fit for older person (or if alcohol is on board)! Close to town and convenient and quiet! Host was informative and explained things well."

"Small, cozy apartment. It served our purpose of securing a good nightly repose. The room I got stayed/got quite warm. Nothing an open window didn't help with.Would stay again without hesitation."

"The cabin was probably nice in itself. I wouldn’t know because I never checked in My concern was the property. Poorly maintained and very trashy outside. I did go into the office and it was filthy. Whoever was running the place that I talked to was poorly dressed also. I’m in no way trying to condemn his attire. It could very well be all he had. I’m just saying, that he wasn’t dressed as management and the property matched"

"We loved our stay! We really liked the historic feel of the building, and the location was great, very easy to access Main Street and the Mineral Belt Trail, which we ran on in the morning. The owner was very responsive; we asked about getting a smoke detector fixed because it had been chirping throughout the night, and she had a maintenance guy at our door in 15 minutes. We were so pleased with how quickly she was able to help us with that. The unit was well-kept, clean, and comfortable,...

"Was as described, good stay."

"We were told that it would be ok to check in late. We thougt someone would be on site. It was late and dark. No one was there and office was closed. We didn't have any instructions to get in. We had to rent a room at another hotel for the night. It was 3 1/2 hours into the next day that we finally has a maitenance man show us where the key was. This was after several calls. She said that she had sent check in information after we made reservation. We did not get it. We loved the unit we rented....

"This property is perfect for a stay in Leadville for a single person, couple or perhaps even a small family. It's great to have all the amenities of home at a price that's better than some of the cheapest hotels in town. The location is super convenient and very close to downtown which was great. A very cozy stay and pretty spacious for a one bedroom. I would 10/10 recommend and will very likely return!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Minor issue with lock mid trip that was resolved."

"Second stay in Oscar. Had everything you need for an efficient little stop"

"Very clean room with modern amenities such as fully furnished kitchen - coffee maker, hot pot, microwave oven. Water refill station located in the refrigerator. Bathroom was large with walk in shower and fully stocked with handsoap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen/living room area. Dining table was nice to have, along with a work desk. An oscillating fan was located in the bedroom closet, which was critical for use since there are no windows...

"Clean. Comfy beds"

"Yes, the host was helpful and everything in the house was good."

"Awesome game options, fully stocked kitchen and great location for Cooper and Leadville - fantastic property! "

"The weeds could have been cut to give a better look from the outside. Also, have instructions for the AC controls. Everything else was as described."

"Great location - one block from restaurants and shopping."
