"Everything was just like the pictures. The home was nice and clean with an excellent kitchen for cooking our meals. This was home base during a ski trip and I would gladly stay again next year. The hosts were very responsive, we had an issue in the bathroom and they had a plumber in the next day while we were at the mountain. Thank You!"

Fine experience but the unit itself could use some TLC.This was my first tiny home experience and I know space is at a premium, there was ample storage but literally not a single place to sit that was ergonomically comfortable for more than 5 minutes. "Excellent communication with the host.Accommodations in Leadville are on the older side. This was our second year in Leadville, and it was a huge upgrade from last year's rental. The house is, according to Zillow, over 100 years old, so expect crooked floors and squeaking sounds when walking around in it.Now, I didn't bring a ruler, but we felt the beds were too small for queen-size beds."

There’s plenty of parking, a private road, and the property feels very secluded and peaceful.
