"The room was great, really loved the old furniture and art. The coffee stand was operational, so was able to get espresso in the lobby (but free coffee was also available right outside our door). And, with the restaurant right downstairs, we rarely needed to leave the building. We were there for a ski day at Cooper, so very convenient for that."

"This was a lovely and fun tiny home that we got to stay in to watch the Leadville Skijoring festival! It was super close to downtown festivities, but far enough away that it was quiet when the doors and windows were closed. Would definitely recommend staying here for a cozy Leadville stay -- great value for the location and space as well. "
