"Location was excellent. Tiny house was cute and very well stocked. :) . Parking was easy. Overall, very nice and comfy stay."

"This is a trucker hotel. Cheap and not bad. We would have stayed elsewhere but it was one of the few places in Leadville that allows dogs ($25/night). Not in walking distance of town but still a great location for visiting or just passing through. Upgrades to the property are evidently not a priority but it was clean enough for me, and I like it clean. For the.$100, compared to other locations it’s probably worth it but if you like comfort on your vacation look elsewhere."

"Very clean nice room. The bed was very comfy and the room supplied all that was needed. The fire pits with s’more supplies was an added bonus. Parking is good, right outside your room."

"Definitely need black out curtains that work. Because of the very bright exterior light the black out curtains were ineffective. There is a severe lack of electrical outlets. I had to unplug the TV to make coffee. And the bedside lamps were terrible - dim, flickering light. Kind of weird to pay extra for a fright and microwave?"

"The cabin was probably nice in itself. I wouldn’t know because I never checked in My concern was the property. Poorly maintained and very trashy outside. I did go into the office and it was filthy. Whoever was running the place that I talked to was poorly dressed also. I’m in no way trying to condemn his attire. It could very well be all he had. I’m just saying, that he wasn’t dressed as management and the property matched"

"The cabin was very clean. If we had a question it was answered quickly by the host. It was a very quiet area and convenient to town. Private parking area, specifically for our cabin. The motion detector lights were nice when you needed to take your fur baby out after dark. We had plenty of linen, and the frig had water and sparkling seltzer to drink. The goody bag was nice too. All in all, it was a pleasurable stay."

"The property was a multiplex accommodation which was an unexpected discovery during the check-in procedure as it was not made clear in the advertising. The unit was reasonably clean as should be expected, but extraordinarily high fees were added to this rental by not only the management company (expected), but Expedia, and Vrbo as well, the companies marketing this property. Please be aware that these fees are added before any occupancy, and then the renter is responsible for cleaning the place...

"The house is very old, old furniture and carpet with uncomfortable beds. One bathroom at the back of the kitchen in house. Up steep stairs to two other bedrooms which was hot with poor air circulation. Not worth the money."

"Cute cabin overlooking small lake. Well equipped kitchen (but bring your own coffee). Definitely pet friendly and our family had some allergies because of it, just be aware. Near other houses but a quiet and beautiful spot. Has games and puzzles in cabin. DVD player wasn’t working and internet was sometimes too slow to stream a video."
