"The tram was either broken down or very slow.We walked more steps in this trip than I could possibly imagine with kids. Also , the pool slides were rarely open because it was understaffed. The staff were very nice and the property was well maintained. The cost of food and drinks was ridiculous"

"Beautiful resort but still needs a lot of maintenance. The most frustrating part was paying the resort fee and parking fee, but watching many local residents use the facilities freely. The family pool was overcrowded with residents, not guests. The pools were supposed to close at 10PM, but on our evening walks we saw a lot of inappropriate behavior in the pools. Wondering how the facility is monitored, because it didn’t seem like there was any rule enforcement."

"House keeping did not show up in spite of repeated calls to the front desk. The wrist bands stopped working after a couple of days. The lady at the front desk and the Assistant Manager were extremely, rude, impolite, and disrespectful. The Assistant Manager was in fact very loud and abusive ion her interaction. I strongly encourage people to find a better place since this is not the kind of customer service anyone should be subject to, especially after paying such an exorbitant price. Our...

"Stayed here in June and it was amazing. The staff were so nice and personable! Not too bougie at all. The amenities were amazing and I’m certain we didn’t take full advantage of them all. We’ll definitely be back."

"This property is certainly has comfortible rooms and excellent soaps and lotions in the rooms. Maid service 2x's per day is excellent! Where the property could use improvement: cleaner pools, with 24/7 access pools water feels like a lot of bodies have made the water mucky. Access to the Ocean bay is far too hot late in the afternoon and again the water is not clear. Maybe access in the morning?? Food is average and this would include Brown's their 5 Star restaurant. "The rooms were clean with great views. No amenities past 9pm. Everything shuts down. Cannot even buy a water."

"Our 1st evening, we had some problems with getting food. The poolside restaurant had to close early and the bar restaurant ran out of pizza. I’m sure it was an unusual problem, but we didn’t have dinner that night coming in from a long travel day from Texas. All other meals were great, especially breakfast buffet which was outstanding."

"This was a beautiful oceanfront condo. Sitting on the lanai was very relaxing looking out to the ocean and the palm trees. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay of 1 week."

"The property is beautifully maintained and very serene. I loved being close to both the ocean and the pool with the little one being the priority. The staff go above and beyond and the kids camp was wonderful for my granddaughter. Areas that need improvement, the good is not of the caliber it should be. "The location of the hotel is very good. Close to the main street and sites. The hotel room was a nice size. The towels were gray and dingy. The breakfast had a good variety but it was very hard to find a seat. There are not enough tables for everyone to sit. A lot of people took their breakfast to their rooms. There was no cold water offered at breakfast. You had to get it from the gym. The pool and hot tub were nice, although there were a few bugs in the pool. Parking was $15/night."

They won’t even have drinking water facilities. When told about the lizards and gnats in the room, got a reply that lizards are lucky to have in the room.
