"The room was clean and beautiful; however the air conditioning was not working properly. Maintenance came to fix it twice and stated it was fixed but it was not. They even offered to come in again during my last night but I declined because I didn’t want my day to be interrupted again and it seems as though the fixes were not working at all. "First the staffs: I believed I have received 2 different type of service: Staffs from the online registration were super nice and helpful. Staffs at the front desk were super cold! At check out time, they even tried to charge me more for what I have already paid on the room. The room: Upon entering the room, we can smell an odor from the carpet. "The resort was nice. The ocean front condo had a great view. There isn’t really much to do 9n “the resort”except swim. There were two pools. There is a small grab and go for food at the family pool but they are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays and only open 8a-12p. When we asked about a good place to eat dinner we were handed a pamphlet which listed the poolside cafe that was closed that day and offered no suggestions. "Beautiful stay, with 5 minute walk to snorkel and surf beach! Spacious room with beautiful shared spaces and the laundry option was nice to have. A little off the beaten path too which was perfect for my husband and I. 10/10 recommend."
