"I’m sorry to say this won’t be a positive review, but I feel it’s important to share our experience.Unfortunately, there were a number of issues during our stay:•Toilets were not working properly.•The front door handle was nearly falling off.•The toaster (which appears to be part of a very old coffee machine unit) did not work at all.•The oven was not working.•Circuits kept tripping repeatedly.•There were no basic essentials such as salt and pepper.•Kitchen equipment was lacking — for example,...

"The Kitchenette was clean and equipped with good supply of cutlery, crockery, tea and breakfast cereal, cleaning agents, sponge tea towel, paper towel.The bedroom, shower and spa was clean, spa takes about 30mins to fill, which is fine, just be aware if you are short of time. Clean and plentiful supply of bathroom towels."

"Great little cottage, very comfortable and clean. Nice to have the open fireplace with plenty of firewood available on a cold evening. Lovely touch with the fresh bread and homemade jams for the morning. Secure yard for the dog, a bit of a mix up through the booking but all sorted out with owner easy enough. "The rooms were very spacious and clean. Pool and gym areas were also really clean and offered a beautiful view of the CBD, Port Philip Bay and Albert Park Lake. Really close to the CBD, perfect location for a getaway. Would definitely stay here again."
