"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at LUX at the end of May — the place is absolutely beautiful! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff made our experience truly special. "The entire hotel staff are absolutely wonderful - they are always friendly and welcoming. They are really what makes this place great. The buffet food was great and our room was wonderful. The rOom and hotel in general were immaculately clean. Even the beach along the nearby coast is crystal clear and clean. would say the water for showering isn't great but I'm not sure there's a whole lot that can be done about that. "This was an exceptional stay. The accomodations at The Level were beautiful and clean and beyond what I expected. "We spent four nights at the hotel before staying at a large, expensive all-inclusive resort. After the all-inclusive, we came back to Double A, which we preferred. "The beach out the front of the property was nice and the hotel itself is large. We stayed for 3 nights in a garden cottage room, the first room we were given had one lamp for lighting and was close to construction, after speaking to management about the less than average room, we were moved to another garden cottage room which was better. "The place exudes luxury everywhere! Absolutely loved the moon shower experience with no fear of being exposed as the villa is all engulfed in a vegetation facade! "Very good property. Literally a minute away from the beach. Very welcoming and friendly staff. They did their best to make our stay comfortable. Also the complimentary breakfast at Mahi Mahi was also good. I will recommend this place to my friends and family. Try to book room 7 or 8 for the best view (this might cost you a little bit more but it’s worth it)."

"Was expecting a nice experience based on the type of beachfront room we selected. Both of our butlers were extremely helpful including Salim helping me discourage my extremely stubborn gf (who can’t swim!) from taking a kayak out on a very windy and wave filled day.
